We constantly review our list of participating employers and will reach out via email if your company is added.

4. Is there a Credit Check?
We never run your credit. Corporate Jewelers uses a proprietary approval method based on your employment history, income, and time on job.
5. Is there a Return Policy or Warranty?
Corporate Jewelers offers a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee (provided the returned item is in its original condition.

In addition, we offer a vast list of free after sale services including an appraisal, ring sizing (within sizing criteria), adjustments of bracelets or necklaces and a free gold chain with any diamond pendant purchase.

Our warranty extends for up to 1 year and includes any normal wear and tear, loose or missing diamonds (excluding single center diamonds). We strongly advise obtaining your complementary appraisal to facilitate the purchase of external insurance.

7. Do I need an Appraisal or Insurance?
Corporate Jewelers provides free appraisals, upon request. These appraisals can be used to obtain your own insurance but may not be required. Please note: we do not offer insurance. That means our warranty does not cover and loss or theft of your jewelry. We always recommend that you obtain your own insurance through your homeowner's policy or a party provider. Please contact us if you have specific questions.
8. When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days following receipt of your payment. The delivery timeline may vary based on your specific item ordered.

10. Where do I upload my Order Documents?

11. How does my order get Shipped?
We offer complimentary 2-day air shipping through FedEx or UPS. Every package is discreetly packaged, insured and requires a signature upon delivery. Tracking details are sent to you via email and text. Rest assured, every package we send is insured for your peace of mind.
12. Are your diamonds genuine?
Our diamonds are handpicked by our amazing team of diamond experts who have combined experience of over 50 years. We procure diamonds of a certain quality exhibiting a color range of near colorless (G-H) with little to no visible inclusions to the naked eye (SI) clarity. These ranges may differ where notated. Unless otherwise notated all of our diamonds available thru our pay over time program are uncertified.
13. Where can I see the status of my order?
Your order status will remain in "processing" until the order is shipped. All tracking is provided via email / text.
14. Can my approval amount increase over time?
As you join our program, reduce your balance thru on time payments, your available credit will increase. Any extend-a-pay offers can be found on your Balance Page.
15. Why don't I see the pay over time option?
Although we cannot provide the pay over time program for every employer, any coupon code you've received remains valid for any paid in full order. We constantly review and improve our pay over time offering to include as many employers as possible. If you are employed for less than 6 months, and work at one of our approved pay over time companies we will activate your account and alert you at your sixth month anniversary. Please note: If you receive disability, social security etc we are unable to offer pay over time.
